Pregnancy and yoga

The magical waiting time for the baby and the development of the fetus bring about changes in the lives of women and men.

It is very important for everyone, both experienced yogis and non-practicing women, to understand the changes taking place with the body.

Remember, even if you have experience in Yoga, the body changes anyway, regardless of your past experience. And experience to help for a deeper intuitive feeling that you can listen to your body.

It is important not to be led by the ego, but to follow the physical sensations of the body.

Therefore, the practice of Yoga must be changed!

The recommended modification of yoga in the first trimester may seem a bit strange, since the physical changes are still small. Although the body is already undergoing huge changes. For example, hormonal surges that affect the future mother. The first trimester of pregnancy is considered the most delicate, because there is a high risk of miscarriage during the insertion of the placenta.

The second trimester is softer and more favorable. The future mother has already realized and felt all the changes taking place with the body. And the moment following occurs naturally.

The third trimester is the most peaceful and focuses on meditation, mudras, mantra and relaxation.

However, in each trimester there are certain modifications, indications and contraindications for the future mother.
